Erg Fitness Class, led by certified Coach, Suzanne Kouri, is a 60-minute, music-based, full-body workout designed to build endurance, strength, and cardiorespiratory fitness while championing proper erg technique.

March Meeting Place
March erg fitness classes will meet outside the modular office building in the middle field as you drive onto the island.
March Schedule:
Mon and Wednesday at 10:00-11:00 am
Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00-7:00 pm
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class to have your station ready!
