- Clinic 1 - these camps are for those entering 8th or 9th grade who are planning on moving from our middle school program to our high school program. You do have to have experience to enter this clinic.
- Clinic 2 - for experienced rowers who already have experience with a high school team. They will have the highest intensity of workouts during their sessions.
