- BAY PRESERVE LOCATION at 343 Palmetto Avenue - Osprey
- Clinic 2 is focused on athletes who have rowed with a high school program before (coming off novice or varsity year). This program will train at a high level and move at a speed that a competent level of rowing is expected as a prerequisite. We will be able to challenge all levels of rowers from those coming off their first spring of rowing to those who have competed for four years already.
- Athletes will not only row on the water and erg but will also be given the opportunity to supplement their training with other work such as weight lifting, running, video sessions, etc. Athletes should bring plenty of fuel with them to train for the entire camp time.
- Please note that Clinic 2 meets 1/2 hour earlier than the other camps and clinics with the assumption that rowers will be motivated to get out in front of the other campers.
