Pre-Elite Training

Sarasota Crew is looking for rowers with National Team aspirations to join their Pre-Elite training group. Sarasota Crew’s Pre-Elite training offers a comprehensive training plan including water and land sessions, at least five coached water sessions per week and access to all necessary equipment. Rowers have the luxury of being able to row on the water all year round.  The majority of training will take place in Sarasota, FL.  This summer we will be training in Chula Vista, CA for June and July.

In particular, Sarasota Crew is putting out an open to call to lightweight women interested in racing at 2017 Senior Worlds.
